The purpose of the Association is to provide service to the community by promoting good horticultural stewardship in accordance with standards approved by the Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) and its Master Gardener Program. Additionally, the Association will foster communication, education, and fellowship among its members and the community


  • Commuity Grants for 2017 have been awarded. We are giving out 13 grants for a total of $4925.00.
  • Classes to become a Master Gardener Click here - applications are due by January 20, 2017 for information, or contact Montgomery County Extension office 540 - 382-5790
  • NRV Master Gardener Assoc will provide speakers on a wide variety of gardening topics. Remember; "gardening" covers a big range of stuff. If your club/group/school might need a speaker, contact the NRV coordinator at (540) 382-5790
